Route 311 Heading up Catawba Mountain towards Catawba Hospital:
Directions to Catawba Hospital
From exit 141 on Interstate 81 in Salem, VA, proceed north on N. Electric Road (Rt. 419). Turn right onto 311 North. Follow 311 North up Catawba Mountain. Ascend the mountain and then begin a short descent on the other side. Just past the "Catawba" road sign, turn right and then take a second, immediate right onto route 779. Follow 779 for approximately 1 mile until you cross a very narrow bridge. Turn left onto route 320, Catawba Drive. The Catawba Hospital entrance sign will be visible here. Follow Catawba Drive to the main hospital building, the largest building on campus. You may park in the parking lots to the east, west and north of the hospital.
The main entrance under the front canopy will lead you to the lobby. Our hospital receptionist is located at the rear of the lobby. Welcome!
